We offer on-site* training to all of our Acris Paperless Solutions
customers during the installation process. The service is easy to learn,
including the user interface and scanning functions. There is a
Train-the-Trainer curriculum for the individual in your organization that will
train other employees. Additionally, we train your system administrator on all
aspects of permissions assignment. (*travel expenses apply)
Customized training and reference manuals tailored for your company's
specific solution.
We offer regularly scheduled Webinars for our customers on feature
enhancements, site upgrades, and new associates training.
Training sessions are generally one hour, based on the number
of clients to be trained (15-client maximum) on a first come first
serve basis.
