The Acris Paperless Solutions support team is dedicated to providing
technical support and services directly to our customers. Our technical team
offers two types of support - Standard Technical Support and After Hours
Support.
Standard Technical Support
We provide standard technical support services Monday through Friday 8am-5pm,
PST.
After Hours Support
An after-hours support contract provides extended support for a seven-day week.
This service allows for support and maintenance while ensuring each Acris
Paperless Solutions customer has a resource to contact whenever problems arise.
